Only point that actually talks about music genre itself is the fact that you can't understand what they're saying (It's pretty hard NOT to get what they're saying though, unless its bone thugs or other speedy rappers like that) but most rappers rap at a pace as fast or slightly faster than other musicians sing. Hell a lot of great rappers have a slower flow like Scarface for example. And really, if you you hear is gibberish, you might as well get that hearing aid now.
