Excellent idea. I had some things in the garden last year that we just didn't use so wasted that space. Some things, however, are just fun to grow, lol.
Nice, I've noticed how my cooking evolves as a result of what is growing in the yard. I'm also adjusting the ratio of garlic/onions/chives etc., in the garden. Apparently, garlic greens are very hot, so they don't get attacked too much by bugs (or humans), so they tend to spread rather quickly.
@Helioforge thanks, I actually started my garding by learning how to cook first. After a few years I thought I could do it for cheaper if I grew a garden. Now four years later I am so loving gardening. I might try the garlic greens, I love hot food the hotter the better.
