  • It is important for them to grab the hand and put pressure on the wrist at an angle. If it is done right, the opponent will feel a sharp pain, if not the opponent will feel nothing and do as he pleases.

  • Er... you're about half right. The first bit, holding the hand down, is good, and at that point the front kick is a good CWCT. The follow-up is flawed though. Never knee to the midsection. People tend to grab onto your leg and you wind up on the ground (a bad thing). Knee either into the thigh or the head.

    In order for the vid to be effective, you have to break down the steps, explain things like body mechanics, etc.
