Dr. Ivor was a super nice man and very intelligent. I spoke with him a lot when I was at Cliffside and he really helped me to decompress some of my bottled up resentment and anger.
These process groups are so helpful! When I was there, speaking about those issues that were going on in my life at the time really did help me to strategize a way out of them.
