If you didn't buy the bundle then you have to order the expansion on the nintendo shop site which can be done at the bottom of the nintendo website if you click on "Online Store". The expansion is required because in order to make the battery last so long with 2 screens they had to lower the RAM down to 4 MB. Compared to the DSi which has a cruddy battery life, but 16 MB of RAM.

The opera browser doesn't necessarily allow Java and Flash, it takes up too much Random Access Memory. My browser came in the mail today, but you'd need to modify the browser so it allows add-ons and such like that. Sorry for my english
