All you need is something that will sense temperature and respond with a voltage output to that temperature. This output voltage is compared to a voltage that you set with a POT. As long as the voltage you set is higher than the output voltage a relay is switched on that controles the heating element.
It would actually be simpler than this differential thermostat ond only have one temperature probe.
Why not just put the kettle on the stove and adjust the heat?
hi mate top video, wonder if you can help me i am inventing some sort of kettle . i want the water to to heat to different temperature. eg, 60 80 100 . degrees what kind of therosat would i need or is there a better way much precated thanks
