well in this one I only used the camera wires, but now im using a kind of switch like the ones we use to turn the lights on in our homes (I really dont know the name :P)

not bad. when you get bigger caps i'd recommend using thyristors (ie off ebay)

put two washers at the ends of the coil and cover it with metal this will increase the magnetic power

i have to add that the box wasn´t empty, i put some magazines and papers inside of it, thats why the proyectile bouces off
