Even though Aang is cheerful most of the time, he won't be "childish" forever. In fact, compared to many people in the show Aang has displayed wisdom and maturity beyond his years. His bond with Katara is based on mutual trust and love and that's why I know their relationship will last for a long time.
I'm so happy Tenzin is Aang and Katara's kid. I knew they would make awesome parents one day!!

@SiennaVIP Korra is legit :P its a miniseries premiering Fall 2011, it follows the story of Korra who is the next Avatar. She has mastered Water, Earth, and Fire at the beginning of the series and will learn airbending from Tenzin who is Aang and Katara's son. Dante Basco (Zuko) has recently been confirmed as a voice for the series but we don't know who he will be because this is 70 years in the future and they have killed off all of the old main cast.

Me and canon pairings usually aren't compatible, though there are exceptions. Doesn't mean I hate on others though, but I don't really think either pairing works in terms of PROPEr relationship chemistry. Don't really like Maiko, either. Or Tokka, damn it - I actually hate THAT one ...

@misukiyuki I always thought Ty Lee had a crush on Zuko too but didn't say anything due to Mai. Especially in the "Beach" episode where she does that whisper of "I know you..." when he snaps.
@SelejX Yeah - besides, who said that one's first crush is their ONL one, ever? Sokka fell for Yue before he fell for Suki, and that didn't stop him from moving on. Toph was fond of Sokka, and yet decided to let him go and still treated him like a buddy. And let's not forget the 'girls of the week' Aang and Zuko got a couple of times (though Aang more-or-less ignored the ones he met in favour of Katara).
@misukiyuki I don't mind the pairing myself - but then again, I don't limit myself to just one pairing. I don't REALLY think about Zuko/Ty Lee, but it's definitely a nice idea in general. Besides, I usually dislike Maiko and Zutara unless they're well-written by FF writers, and that can be a miracle in and of itself.
@yellowbeard1 Definately not for Aang, Sokka, and Toph. Zuko sounds like it could be, but I really don't think any of the original voice actors did any of these. I could be way off though.

But I'm HOPING that they show Zuko finding his mother before Korra sets off, and HOPEFULLY Zuko will still be alive and he meets Korra lol.
Also I have heard that they DID actually make a first episode, though they never made a 2nd, instead moving to Korra :*(

@knightwing99 He confirmed recently in another interview that he DOES NOT play zuko...but someone who is definitely related to him...and he's a character that was surprising (at least to him)...so its going to be someone totally unexpected.

@JawaThePwn Dante Basco (The voice of Zuko) has confirmed via Twitter that he's recorded at least two episodes of Korra meaning that we will have some sort of a flashback that will probably answer the very, very few loose ends that the finale left out. There were /never/ plans of a fourth book, they always planned to do it in three (one for each element that Aang had to learn) and Tenzin has been calculated as at least 40 years old and Korra is estimated for around 16, so no shipping. Sorry <3

To me, this whole thing is funny and plain amusing, 'cause I don't really like Kataang OR Zutara. Yeah, I know - something went wrong somewhere!
Me and canon pairings usually aren't compatible, though there are exceptions. Doesn't mean I hate on others though, but I don't really think either pairing works in terms of PROPEr relationship chemistry. Don't really like Maiko, either. Or Tokka, damn it - I actually hate THAT one ...

Sorry, but some of these were just never going to happen.
One that I was actually surprised they shot down in the was Tokka. I know it wasn't technically cannon at the end of the series, but Bryke had said before that she had a crush. I also feel bad that Toph didn't get anyone at the end of the series. I hope this ship isn't completely sunk. I thought it would have been cute. Better then Sukka anyway.

Of course, since it's been revealed that apparently, EVERYONE is dead for some reason in 'Legend of Korra', we may never know for sure. Stupid creators - not thinking about how awesome an older Toph, Sokka, Zuko, etc. would BE.

I'm just saying, when you consider that people can live into their 100's in this world, killing off the ENTIRE original main cast - none of whom would end up EVEN 100 - seems really cheap. I admit Zuko's makes sense - he almost died by lightning; so did Aang, which probably contributed to his death eventually - but still: OotWL-Sokka! And Badass-GrannyToph! Come ON!

@SelejX Yeah - besides, who said that one's first crush is their ONL one, ever? Sokka fell for Yue before he fell for Suki, and that didn't stop him from moving on. Toph was fond of Sokka, and yet decided to let him go and still treated him like a buddy. And let's not forget the 'girls of the week' Aang and Zuko got a couple of times (though Aang more-or-less ignored the ones he met in favour of Katara).
Zuko/Ty Lee has a vibe, for sure.

@misukiyuki I don't mind the pairing myself - but then again, I don't limit myself to just one pairing. I don't REALLY think about Zuko/Ty Lee, but it's definitely a nice idea in general. Besides, I usually dislike Maiko and Zutara unless they're well-written by FF writers, and that can be a miracle in and of itself.

On the other hand though he has the mental state of a 12 year old and personally I think that's a little young for dating so I guess that's really why I support Zutara more. That and I've always had a thing for these "Opposites Attract" kind of deals :P
