THANKS for the vid I had to a lab report for my science class but mine didnt come out well so looked it up found you and now I know how to do this properly THANKS
A few years ago, two parents went out for dinner.A few hours later, the babysitter was calling to ask if she could cover up the clown statue in the kids' room,
the father said,"Take the kids and get out of the house. We'll call the police, we don't have a clown statue." The "clown statue" is really a killer that escaped from jail.If you don't post this letter on to 10 videos tonight,
the clown will be in your bed at 3:00 am with a chainsaw
so, the acid in the vinegar is reacting with the baking sode, creating CO2. CO2 is denser than air and can be poured like water. Ha it looks pretty cool, good vid. 4/5 *'s :)
one question: what's an og glass? LEARN TO EITHER SPELL OR USE SPELL CHECK ON YOUR COMPUTER. if you're not smart enough to do that, you don't deserve to have this video.
Well what your science teacher will need is a bit of equations. The process that actually takes place is double decomposition. The equation will look some what like: 2CH(sub3)COOH + NaHCO(sub3) -> CO(sub2)+ CH3COONa + CH3CHO + H2O.
Well I'm not very sure. You could better check it somewhere.
its not so simple...when baking soda, vinegar are poured into a container with eachother, CO2 is released. CO2 is much denser by volume than air, because instead of being just plain O2, (or for you science freaks out there its really HgO2) it has an extra carbon molecule. thst sinks whenever its in air and its just like pouring water excapt is much slower and its not as dense
HgO2? Where exactly does the mercury come from? I've taken two semesters of general chemistry and I don't remember either of my instructors or anything in my textbooks claiming that Hg was a normal constituent of the air we breathe OR part of baking soda OR vinegar. I'm very tempted to call b.s. on that one.
u are wrong....baking soda and vinegar when mixed creates a gas called carbon dioxide...and its heavier than oxygen so it sinks and when it covers the flame no oxygen will be around the flame and it will die off (:
the reaction prduces CO2 (carbon dioxide) whcih when u put ur hand ur trapping it in...and its known taht carbon dioxide is used to put down flame because it dispalces O2 and inturn turn out the burnung candle....u woudl know wat am talkin about if u cheked some CO2 fire extingushers..
Vinegar is nothing but water with some proportion of acetic acid(CH3COOH). It will be available in most of the confectionery shops. It is used mostly as a food preservative and for its sour taste.
koldioxid har samma konsistens som vatten det kan man hälla, och det han blandar utlöser koldioxid, simple as that
