Well the hair i first make the strands of hair then in one of the strans ,

i just go to the tip and just make a slash going up. you can see my new video on 'how i draw anime' that will kind of show you how i draw and shade in the hair.

but it is pencil but you can do it with a color pencil to! =D

naruto shippuden

"distance" is the 2nd opening and
