Strange issue here. Crabs from a sex toy? I suppose it could happen but I'd recommend shaving first or using mineral oil and leave it on for 30 minutes (suffocates the lice), throw out old underwear, clean the bed sheets with hot hot water. Soft toys on the bed: put it in a bag and freeze it for 2 days. Should kill all lice. Check again for lice and repeat with mineral oil. Keep pubic hair short.

Thanks for replying - though I didn't say you should "practice getting sick". It's just that one's immune system has to have some germs to practice on. You don't necessarily need to get sick. Now, if you're super-clean and don't have the natural germs, than your immune system won't have a clue about what to do when the "bad" or "really bad germs" show up.
