@ash92as I work out between rounds. Right now i'm off hcg. So i like to shoot for cardio 5x a week and i train with weights 2x a week, and i do my core routine 3x a week. I have been slacking off due to the Christmas season, and hectic work schedule. So i will be back on track monday :)

For instance i have a sensitivity to beef and great fruit. This past round i could not eat talapia. Every time i ate it i would stall! Some people can't handle tomatoes, strawberries, turkey, etc...

CAN U GO TO THE GYM WHILE ON HCG?

@kimnnnkim I only walk for 30-40mins 3 or 4 times a week during p2. A few Hcgers can work out while on p2, but most cannot. You are generally not consuming enough calories to sustain and recover from a workout while on p2. I have also tried before and had sever problems with fluid retention so my weight went up by 8lbs. Once i transition into p3 I hit the gym hard and heavy.

@crystaltheresa1987 Thanks so much. I am working on it. I'm doing my last bit of weight loss, and hopefully by Feb of next year i will be toned up a lot more than i am now. It's a process. You should also google Pounds and iNches. It is the basis of all hcg protocols. Most of them have been modified for individual people, however this is the basis of all of them. It is very iimportant to start there.

@dashorty808 Well thanks for watching. I still oil my scalp. I just expect low releases the following days. It does not seem to effect my releases the first 10 days of protocol. A lot of women on protocol have had great luck with coconut oil. Good luck on protocol. But I will say this, I am always down for a good wig or weave!
