Halo held the launch day and week sales for video games until MW2 broke it. MW2 broke launch day records for ALL ENTERTAINMENT (movies, books, games), then Black Ops broke that, then MW3 broke that. Now, Halo held it before, and Halo 4 is coming out this year too. So you got the 3 biggest games in the industry coming out in the same year. I want GTA V to smash those records though, I've been playing GTA IV multiplayer since 08.

I have to admit this. Black Ops, in my opinion, was a good game. The fact that there can be 2 players online, theater mode, and wager matches were all really fun! With that said, I highly doubt there will be a sequel to Black Ops and calling itself Black Ops 2. (I never finished the story so maybe there was a cliffhanger at the end?). As for GTA 5, I'm kind of dissapointed they called it GTA 'V'. Why? Well, let's be honest, technically this actually should be called GTA XIII.

I bought BF3, Played BF3 and stuck with it even though it was hard at first especially coming from COD. Now I will NEVER buy another COD game. You argument is very pointless. Mainly because GTA 5 and COD Black Ops 2, are completely different games. It doesn't mean that the amount of sales that a game gets determines how good a game is, because I really think the COD series and now really old and the have changed the game to much from COD 4 which made it lose its originality and the reason why I still play it sometimes. GTA 5 is a free roam 3rd person action shooter not a 1st person shooter. Even there your augment is lost.
