Oooww XD Can I have some help? Ok so about 1-2 months ago, I hit my wrist/ulna bone on a door really hard, and it went red after that, and it looked like the ulna bone was sticking out a bit. It's been quite a long time and it still goes numb and rarely gets pins and needles, sometimes it can also be quite red; also the ulna still seems to be sticking out (The knobbly bit on the part of your wrist). Does anyone know what this is? Also, the pain was pretty bad at first, but now its gone down.

Broke mine just over 2 weeks ago, fell about 15 feet really fast after intelligently jumping from this huge swing. Did not hurt at all for about 1 hour, so I was in 15 minutes of mild pain before the ambulance arrived ( 1h15m of waiting for an ambulance, nobody could drive because they had been drinking ) then when I had my lightweight cast on 2 weeks ago, the k wire (hooked wire keeping bones together) cap was removed idiotically so I spent the next week or so in severe pain. Just got it out.

I broke my wrist during a basketball game.. it was awfull but I remained calm.. That's really the best thing you can do. If you go completely crazy you might caue more damage.. It's really painfull, but you need to remain focused on what to do!
