  • CYBORG!!!

  • It would have been interesting too to know how much can a big muscular waist measure.

  • В гостях у портного =))

  • he looks like Frankenstein lol

  • Here it is in Standard:

    Arms: 18in.

    Chest: 50in.

    Legs: 28in.

    Calves: 18in.

    Neck: 17in.

    Forearm: 14.5in.

    Shoulders: 55in.

    Weight: 253.5lbs.

  • @DonutDazzler That's imperial, not "standard".

  • @h3Xh3Xh3X You're right...it's officially called the Imperial system, but I've always heard it called the standard system, which I guess is more colloquial and/or U.S.-centric.

  • Ivan's a BEAST!!! Keep up the good work!!!!!

  • The first time I laid my hands on kettlebells I was so impressed by how quickly I was destroyed that I immediately gave up my gym membership, bought a pair of 24kg's and haven't looked back since. After 1 year of training I'm in the absolute best shape of my life (32yrs old) I'm stronger, more balanced, have ridiculous stamina, and just bought a pair of 40kg's and plan to compete in the WKC in 2012 :) My goal now is to one day challenge the allmighty Ivan himself.

  • @evanescence2 good luck with that. He's an animal. Have you attempted any of the ranks as part of WKC/AKC?

  • @evanescence2 Thats one hell of a goal:),good luck!

  • wow just from using kettlebells great work . i really need to get back to it
