As for dating your best friend, all I have to say is that some other lucky girl out there would have a chance to love you, give them a chance. As for your best friend, that is quite a trouble. It is upto you to patch things up with your friend. But in all honesty, If my best friend did that to me, I'd believe that he/she hasn't been a true friend from the start.
