We have the Constitutional right to vote, but we do not have the right to have that vote counted. The states themselves exercise centralized authority and, according to the Const., make all voting laws. It is assumed by many that a state's electoral votes must all go to the same person. Originally, different districts within the state could elect the person that received a majority in that district. Illinois (with 21) would prob. only have 12 going to a democrat every year.
Nice Job Kyle and Sam: Just view the final version a few times and make sure the speed is the way you want it..I think some parts go too fast/slow. Perhaps there is a soundtrack you can add as well?
