  • How much weight have you lost?

  • yeah i was thinking of doing a schedule. I'm still in high school so i would like to do insanity before school and weight lift using protein in the afternoon. Do you think that would be over working it?

  • It sounds like a really tough schedule why don't you try to mix it up like 3 days of insanity and 3 days of weights and 1 rest day weekly

  • i had a quick question. i bought protein to bulk myself up but i also bought insanity to get mer more ripped than i already am. Just more defined. do you think if i used protein and then did insanity, it would get rid of the bulk i grew with the protein?

  • In the Elite nutrition guide of Insanity it shows you exactly what you need to do if you want to bulk up slim down or maintain. Just remember higher protein gets you leaner. Also add some weights like 3 times a week also to keep your bulk.

  • Great results! Congrats. I just finished P90X but want to do another round (I did not push myself as hard as I should have). Should I do another P90X before Insanity? I heard you have to be in good shape to start Insanity or it will kill you. Thanks.

  • tuesday the earliest and thursday the latest... what i decided to do is workout in my basement but the thing is is that i have loads of room to move around but if i jump too high ill wack my head on the ceiling since im 6 foot lmaoo..but i can make some changes so that wont happen Like Duck lol...but jumping and making everything around me shake when i jump wont be a problem now lol....im so psyced to get Insanity...how do u like the nutrition guide is it easy to follow?

  • Yeah it is really simple bro but you need to know what you are trying to do first. Meaning if you want to shed weight,bulk up, or maintain weight. I will explain deeper if need be my youtube bro.Peace

  • Jaye what video editing application do you use to get most of your workout into 8.5 minutes? And do you stop your video before each move?

    Great work on the workout!! Derek said you can now call and get the 3 extra vids and after viewing a bit of Insane Abs, I think I will be making a call this week!!

  • Hey Trish Thanks! I record the whole workout then I cut it down to small clips then I put it all together again! Nice I hope you like the expansion pack!

  • Sorry Trish! It is Windows Movie Maker. You just have to get it to the part you want to use hit the split button then select the frame you want to use than drag it down to the timeline.
