  • Fast y rápido muy rápido

  • it was 315 kias

  • awesome noise

  • Is that the latest model of the P-80? hahaha

  • More amateurs shining their butts.

  • That's impressive, very nice pass!

  • Wow! I just want to own one of these!

  • Great, A whole bunch of people cheering on something they could never afford to fly in ... bow to your corporate masters!

  • it must did a lap back around after it took off and come by again for the shoot then go to its destination?

  • @MrAUFANATIC Yup, that's what it did...

  • @Wingdinger1 oh.. well don't tell nobody I told u .. but that plane is so sexy :)

  • How fast is this in MPH?

  • @AudiophileTubes 250 knots = 287 MPH. I don't know what it's actual speed was, though...

  • Sexy plane. I find this easy to masturbate to. Only if it screamed this loud at night! Wooohoo

  • A lot of times air shows will have waivers from the FAA allowing for various rules to be broken.

  • A real screamin' demon! Thanks!

  • That looked about 300 kias

  • leave the pilot alone he`s thinking he`s a fighter pilot ;)

  • Why didn't he stop for a drink?

  • Sorry, correction, 200kts IAS below 3,000ft AGL within 10nm of an aerodrome unless cleared otherwise.

  • It's technically 250kts IAS below 10,000ft AND 210kts IAS within 10nm of an aerodrome, only applying to arriving aircraft, departing aircraft are exempt. Regardless, that's a fast pass, nice video.

  • @therb777 You know, I do remember the airport clearing them for a high speed pass, so, who knows how fast they were going...

  • fucking awesome

  • teampenske17 is correct. 250 knots is the legal limit

  • muy bueno amigo, y felíz añoooo

  • Incredible! Learjets are always the best! In everything!

  • It sure looked faster than 250 knots, but maybe it just seams faster since we are not used to seeing aircraft fly that low to the deck.

  • when you have prob like that put your camera on manual focus

  • @turfguy87 Usually, yes, but with that camera it's not a very viable option...

  • wow, thanks for all the speed info, a great thread! I was looking at an in-cockpit vid of low pass military jet at a known 250kts and I immediately realised I had over estimated it a bit. but thanks all the same everyone, I enjoyed the read....

    a great posting too!

  • They cannot be faster than 240kts under 10,000ft thats the legal limit

  • @demarking *250

  • when you give zoom to film more closer the airplane, if it has the landing light on it cause that distort the film, that's why it looks like that at the begin!

    greetings

  • how can cloudiness affect camera's auto-focus?

  • @Omatunto The camera needs higher contrast areas to be able to determine whether or not something is sharply focused. When pointed at the sky or some other very uniform scene, it struggles to maintain proper focus...

  • Thrilling yes, but very dangerous speed for unsuspecting traffic. I could have low time student pilots training solo in that area.

  • that plane cannot do stall speed fly by

  • Just woke everyone up

  • That was quick...

  • Wow She's Moving!

  • now thats a flyby!!

  • I estimate 290kts +/- 20 anyone got a better guess?

  • @GuIfstreamGV They said they were gonna be at the legal limit for a pass down this runway, whatever that would be...

  • @Wingdinger1 250 Knots is the limit.

  • @Wingdinger1 Probably 250kt

  • @Wingdinger1 250 knots is the legal limit under 10,000 ft.

  • @teampenske17 If hes in controlled airspace, then yes

  • @teampenske17 yeah but thats faster then 250 kts

  • @teampenske17 yeah but its an airshow... i think it is not much slower that sound. you could calulate it... eitherways you calculate the speed of the aircraft by analizing the sonic frequency or you measure the time from the first sonic wave of the aircraft and the loudest sonic wave reaching the mic -> then you calculate the distance of the aircrheaft during that time(you can do that with the values of the loudest and most silent wave) distance/time=speed

  • @Wingdinger1 250kts is the speed limit under 10,000ft in the U.S.

  • @N444HM around the globe, not just U.S.

  • @GuIfstreamGV There is a speed limit of 250kts when you're under 10,000 feet.

  • @GuIfstreamGV haha, you are not allowed to be more than 250 under 10,000 my guess is that it was around or a bit below 250 (as being legal limit)

  • yeehaa!

  • lovely stuff!

  • very nice sound

  • beautiful sound it makes.

  • i have 1

  • Then switch to manual focus

  • oh i love this! i saw it from across the Oak Street when she was taking off. What a sight that was! Wish i had been there when she took off! WOW!

  • That's awesome, great video thanks for posting

  • I was a Pearson on that plane
