my name is lee

i bought a couple of borneo short-tail pythons from you about six years ago. they are doing great. they are brother and sister if that jogs your memory. they are about 5 feet 10 inches long, the only problem that they have is they both have shed problems....always have. i've tried different temps, different humidity and new light for their skin but still have that one issue. have any ideas for me?
