O yeah for the ones not in the know to do basic combos its first L (weak attacks) then M (normal attacks) and last H (strong attacks) keep in mind you can crouch the stand up in your L attacks to add same hits in your combo and you can string in specials to lengten the combo

You know what this game is just fun and great. I find it unfair to compare this game to MvC3 FTW since TvC came a year before MvC3, I think that Capcom made this game as a filler game to forfill the gamers untill MvC3. But in the end both games are fun and well made but what happend to Ryu's face inMvC3, I mean he's face looks off, But TvC did do something for me thanks to this game I know Tatsunoko, Gatchaman, Yatterman is just down- right funny. I would like to see this game remade on the 3DS

@Yoshi7892 Dunno about MvC3, since I haven't played it yet. But I will tell you now, that this game is WAAAAAAAAY better than MvC2. The roster is so much more balanced, the characters are very interesting (I've never heard of most of them before this game, so I was very open minded about them), and the control scheme is better too. 3 attack buttons work way better than 4, like in MvC2.

@Yoshi7892 MvC2 wasn't really that good.... and 3 came out a year or two before it... so.. in reality, MvC3 is a giant knock-off of TvC hell, even the baroque system was copied slightly into the X-factor, all of v-joe's hypers were copied, and practically everything was copied... :l besides Zero completely was nerfed into a "bad player"

Tatsunoko: Ken, Jun, Casshan, Tekkaman, Yatterman #1, Karas, Ippatsuman, Gold Lightan, and Tekkaman Blade.

Capcom:Ryu, Chun-Li, Batsu, Viewtiful Joe, PTX-40A, Frank West, and Zero.

Another good review. The only thing that irked me was when you said "tat"sunoko, instead of "tot"sunoko. A minor complaint, but it says it right in the beginning of the game. I guess it's like people calling Ryu "rai-yu"... an endless war of pronunciation that will never end, lol.

I hate when people use the word "repetitive" as a politically correct way to attack certain games while letting it slide for others. All games are going to be repetitive to an extent, no matter what.  But some games, like this one, are able to keep a good, solid flow going that makes the repetition seem almost nonexistent, thus allowing you to still have fun with it.

Even so, it's still ridiculous to call a game repeptitive, or say it looks too much that way when in reality, all games are going to suffer from that in some form or another. As I said, some games are able to keep up a good flow that keeps you coming back, despite the fact you're doing the same thing over and over again. Sorry about accusing you of attacking the game, but it's just so many reviewers like those at IGN and (especially) X-Play use that word too much, in an almost biased manner.

well reflex even tho infinity ward didnt give it to use wii owners at 1st is a pretty decent games, and even tho it doesnt use the wii's full graphics it looks good compared to the other versoins and the wii controls fit very well, and the online is just awesome and lovely, but i havent played this game but i want to so bad, so in the end its ur choice

@tobi3000 You can think what you want, but I normally always agree with all their reviews, except for a few like Brawl. They gave it a 5/5, but the game has more problems than most people that go into rehab.

@Ryanmiller70 I will admit Brawl does have some problems, though most of them are minor nuisances, though the only ones that I can find to be gamekillers are the cheap AI (but Smash Bros. has a history of that, though not nearly as bad as the Mario Kart series) and the tripping (which I absolutely hate, and I don't know why they put it in there). All that aside, though, I agree with X-Play's review, and I don't think they're as good as they used to be a few years ago.

@Albedo238 I do agree that the tripping and cheap AI are problems, but some problems that I found annoying are ones that almost everyone ignores. The clone characters like Link and Young Link, the lag with online gaming, the cheap final boss since he can own you in one shot, some of the final smash's are either hard to control, like Sonic's, or just stupid, like Peach's. But I hardly play Brawl anymore since I beat the story mode. The game now is just gathering dust.

@Ryanmiller70 I will admit the online play is bad, but I don't count it so much since I haven't really got into online gaming and it seems that mode is more or less an extra. The other things you mentioned are just minor gripes that are more personal than others, though I do agree that Tabuu can be cheap, but Brawl isn't the only game to have a cheap final boss. Try fighting against Gill in Street Fighter III or some of the final bosses in the SNK fighters.

@Albedo238 I know Brawl isn't the only game to have a cheap final boss. Tatsunoko vs. Capcom is another game with a cheap final boss and bad lag. Actually, the lag in TvC is WAY worse than Brawl. I just don't play Brawl anymore because I don't get company. The only reason that I keep playing TvC is because the Megaman stage from Megaman 64 brings back great memories from my childhood, and because you can uleash an ultimate attack at any time instead of smashing a stupid ball.

For me, I didn't mind the music change that much. In fact, I feel the new tracks add a lot to the fights. I only wish Batsu's and both of Soki's themes remained.

As for the Tatsunoko characters you mentioned were some of the best fighters, I'll agree with you there, but I'd also have to include Polimar to that list.

Which was my big problem with the music. It switched whenever someone switched out. I could never hear the good parts of the song, which always bothered me. If it switched when someone DIED like in Marvel vs. Capcom, then it would have been awesome.

But yeah, I do have to say that the music in CoGH is better ('cept for Doronjo and Jun the Swan's theme), but the music in this version is still awesome, too. :D
