I made it all myself save for the shirt and pants (of course). The hardest part was probably doing the claw... Which you can't see here, but I did have it. ^^;

My Dad wants to use PVC pipe...but I got a huge feeling it wont work out well. ^^;

You could use PVC pipe, but I'd imagine it might get real hot and/or heavy. Plus, you'll still need a way to make the hand. ^^;

Mine was made purely by craft foam (the stupid cheap sheets found everywhere) and some copper wiring for support. By the end of the day, I only lost one claw, which I can easily redo.
