actually the murasame can be bought (and useable) at the temple of the ancients. and the copy of the masamune blade is at the gold saucer but its just another item. the sword here in rocket town is the yoshiyuki
Without trying to sound like a know-it-all, the Murasame from in the Gold Saucer is unequipable and to my knowledge has no use other than show-off value (3,000 pts in Speed Square, not really showing off if you ask me but anyway!) there is one buyable in Wutai yeah, although I always get there a little late to make bosses die in one hit ^_^ so I myself have never tried equipping that one and so have no idea what it looks like..
you get murasame from winning a game at the gold saucer, that shoot up game, where your traveling on the tracks shooting little aliens, need big high score there to get it
