@LT3D word.everybody on youtube seems to be concerned about other peoples form in there vids. fuck form.if your pushing 245 overhead for reps then u can talk.if your getting bigger n stronger then keep doin what you doin playa!!!
@LT3D not saying i can lift more than you, im saying im tired of seeing all these videos of dudes claiming they can lift all this weight and end up either doing a half rep or swinging or cheating and doing it all fast, when theres no fuckin way they could do as much as they in a full rep in a slower motion.
@tableturns77 But at the end of the day, if it works then I'm happy. Personally I feel if I go any lower, my shoulders get less of the movement and my triceps and chest start taking over. I really couldn't care less about doing "full reps" or whatever else. I do what works for me. Your lifts in the gym and your form don't matter, it's how you look on stage.
@tableturns77 Those are full reps. Any further than that puts tons of strain on your rotator cuffs. You're only supposed to go down til your arms are parallel to the ground which he is doing.
Great lift! Perfect form in my opinion. Any lower and you are risking injury.

As far as I'm concerned, that's a full rep. If it makes my delts grow, that's all I care about lol.
