You should be injecting into your butt. You want to make an imaginary cross on your butt to get the injection located. One vertical line in the middle of a cheek and a horizontal line on the same cheek. This will create 4 segments or quadrants on your butt cheek. You will inject into the upper outer quadrant. Push the injection very slowly once the needle is in. Like it should take 30 plus seconds to inject. Thighs can be painful for several days after so I do not recommend injecting in them!!!
Hey...on the man pee thing I don't know if you T came with an info booklet thing but mine did and I was reading through it because I noticed a significant change in my urine smell as well and it said that about 90% of the dose is excreted in the urine so that has a lot to do with why the urine smells so different, for me after a couple of days it goes away and I just did my 3rd shot (3rd month) and the smell only lasted about a day.

The best place is your outer thigh,
Hand by your side and feel down your leg.
There is a big muscle there.
Aim for the middle.
Take your time do it slowly.
