Obviously: nobody claimed it being antigravity and capable to operate in vacuum. One can still build a craft and test it ON EARTH, to post a video here and have a joy for successful results. Please beat this and in the meantime project your space-bound antigravitation nagging elsewhere.
I see everyone making lifters, but no-one has had the inginuity yet to put a toroid coil in between the two capacitors yet.. that will circulate the thrust like a smoke ring, increasing the lift exponentially.. meaning you could carry a much much heavier payload, making manned flight easy.
Are you proposing an tank circuit of some sort. I am interested in testing such a lifter. I am very interested in hearing more about your idea. Please contact me with more info and perhaps a diagram. Thank you
Yes, and now that I think about it, an exponential is involved with the solution to the equation of such a circuit so I am very excited to colaborate with you on such a project. We should however hammer out theoretical details as soon as possible.
@p3x797 Why don't you post a video and show us how it is done. There are not two capacitors in this thing to start with. The two pieces (wire and foil) create a single capacitor that is asymmetrical. I seriously would like to see your toroid on this craft. I experimented with rodin coils attached to these but they didnt do anything out of the ordinary except not fly because of the weight.
The wire on top ionizes the air around it due to the high voltages. This ionized air is attracted to the relatively neutral aluminum foil. The air moves down and the lifter moves up.
Fuck yeah!!! Why spend billions of dollars in rocket engines if there is alien tech available? By the way, all that crap about UFO retro engineering is ludicrous!!! Is like the romans (which where no fools at all) received a laptop. What would they know abou how it works? And that's a piece of technology just 2,000 years ahead of them... What we could find out about a space ship from a civilization 10,000 years ahead of ours? Nothing!!! No matter how intelligent we tought we are.
Excuse me, but the science behind it's absolutely understood and that's why you don't see NASA and the aircraft industries pumping money into it. If it worked as some believe it can, we'd live in a different world. However, it's a fact that this has been tested by multiple science parties and the effect has been found to be lacking. Translation: it's not anti-gravity, it's ion wind. It will only work in a non-vacuum, and it produces a tiny amount of propulsion. Case Closed.
How much gas does a ion thruster need to carry to propel a payload of 100 pounds to mars ...? It is feasible to construct a home made prototype ? Its is cheaper than a regular chemical propulsion system ?
it does not work in the vaccum of space and the main thing that would hold it back would be our lacking technology in harnessing enough energy to power such a ship. While you may argue that we do have the abilty to produce that energy already, we do not have a way to make the powerplant small enough to fit on a ship yet.

it would be simple enough to find time dilation's that would prove anti gravity because time and gravity are directly related.

dont do that near your computer 0.o'

Damn that looks more powerful than the others i've seen.

does anyone know how i can make this?

Look at the title ... look at the description ... no antigravity mentioned ... he just treated this as a formerly ion thruster

Have you tried building a heavier device?

Try it in a vacuum and tell me later.

Lifter's don't work in a vacuum, NASA tested it.

Furthermore... This thing flies only because of a small air current generated by the vibration of the foil. SO NO ANTIGRAVITY THERE.

The sparks I saw stopped your lifter from being efficient. You are using a 200 000 v supply..I can tell from the spark. I had the same problem today.

Wow... flapping foil? somebody must have smoked tons of green plants in order to come up with such an explanation ;)
But yeah, it wont work in the vacuum because there are no air ions to accelerate!
serik5000 3 years ago
it isn't ion propulsion. it lifts off just because the foil is flapping really fast creating wind. this thing wouldn't work in a vacuum
ligonis 3 years ago
Wings dont flap...birds create lift by kinetic energy which is not downward motion. You seem to be correct..ion motors need air.
