Father Jenkins knew exactly what he was doing, and decided to create his own teaching by going against tradition and His One True Church.

The real abortion here is the 2009 gradating class of Notre Dame. How sad. I really feel very sorry for Father Jenkins, I'm sure the decision to have our President was thoroughly dicussed, he is just gettting all the blame. Again, sad. Why would anyone want to be part of such a religion that would teach taking away 'choice'? The fact is, religion, especially Christianity, means "choosing between right and wrong." You know very well the "choice" referred to here is that ProChoice people strongly include the choice to kill/murder the most innocent, most defenseless human beings - human babies. I, an adult human being alive today, say that killing human babies should never be a choice.

It's too late I'm already here so what if concepts don't work on me. I'm not pro abortion but I cannot decide for a woman what she can do with the soon to be baby living inside her, just like I can't force a man to not waste his sperm cause it could become a baby.
If people really want to help they should try to help the women put the baby up for adoption (some do, but more need to) or adopt the child themselves if they want it to live so much instead of just protesting outside of the clinics.

To HibikiTehMan: True, you or I cannot decide for a woman to abort or not - that doesn't mean I should be pro-choice either. Wasted sperm is not in parallel comparison with killing a baby - wasted sperm=no conception=no baby.
FYI: There are Adoption agencies and there are pro-Life crisis pregnancy centers that do support, assist and help women. You exaggerate against abortion protests--so if you'd protest pay-cuts, you yourself must instead give the employees the monies cut from their salaries.

Well good for you. More and more american women are choosing to become cheap whores while young and somehow expect a respectable man when they "wise up" once older; however IMHO, it is more like become old and "used up."
