I was the Visual Effects Supervisor on this series. We had our share of hardships trying to get this show done on time and I can assure you, this movie is simply made by a bunch of Hollywood Execs with no Govt. ties whatsoever!
The Script was written based on all the Viral Hype that takes place on the Internet.
Yes I agree 100/% Haarp but getting the public used to the idea of the unusual weather pattern, Holywood is owned by the Elite and they love putting out this sort of fear movie with the hidden truths.
Just look at chemtrails being sprayed the world over, see you tube "what the world are they spraying" and still the general public do not see it...
And where have I heard that saying before "control the weather you control the world" Only the Elite could afford this programme.

I'm a huge disaster movie fan but this film wasn't great,. Year, visual effects were good and the acting was bearable but directing and editing were awful. The plot was weak and not original.
Anyway I don't hate this film because of great visual effects and beautiful actors/actresses. James Van Der Beek, Marisol Nichols, Erin Chambers, Rebeka Montoya were impressive.
John Larroquette and Teri Polo deserved more screen time
