Because the syringe offers more control...besides, my Mothers use "clean, sterile" syringes to "inject" her turkey with seasoned herbs & spices all the time! It's serve Lousiana style!!! So what if he uses a syringe (we use them in the bakery industry all the time). AS LONG AS THEY ARE CLEAN, STERILE...that's the only thing that matters! :-D
Im sorry but I would be more impressed by this video if you had thought to clean the counter your working on first , To many stains distracted my eyes from the coffee
