Not sure exactly, I know it was a large one. Usually I use a much smaller size but the hoop I used was the only one present so it seemed to fit at the moment.

cute :) its great how u use your whole body in the performance, particularly your legs- so many people, including me, neglect their legs somewhat, youve really got me thinking about ways i can use my body whilst hooping :)
