Maybe it is just me, but rewatching this I kind of sensed the manipulative side of Ben with Ronnie from the moment they became 'friends'. Ronnie is very sweet, intelligent, and even though I think Ben has a great face and all, I always had this underlying feeling that he kind of leeched onto Ronnie and started pulling him down bit by bit. IDK, maybe it's just me. No offense, really! :-) Just a casual observation.

At first when I heard the first one about them being girls, that one was iffy but then he started in with the whole gay thing, wow so wrong. I think if he gets into the bottom 3 he's not gonna get the gay vote. And that is a big vote.
Unfortunately, Ben didnt make some good remarks, which i only think was part of his frustration. There is a greater chance of Ben leaving this week since most of the Bravo viewers are gay. Hopefully this doesnt cost his chances of reaching the finals with Ronnie. Ronnie as a person, is wonderful this is someone everyone should look up to. Hopefully we can takem both to the finals.
I think I'm gonna hold off my judgment of Ben for now. The thing is, a lot of males make careless comments like this in similar situations, so it's (unfortunately) easy for Ben to feel comfortable saying what he did. It's not right, but it happens so often that the actual weight of his words were probably not realized by him.

I really think Shannon should've made sure there was one girl per team. To put Holly in her team was a BIG miscalculation. After all, she should have anticipated that it would be a physical challenge.
Shanon probably realized that even if the guys one they probably would do a shitty half ass job cleaning and she'd have to do it herself after. So I guess she choice people she wouldn't mind being around and cleaning with.

However I think Ben probably was raised in a 'tough-guy-macho-like' environment so he probably doesn't realise what he said.

Ronnie was asked to first off not to mention that he commented on Ben's walk while Ben made homophobic comments. There is a difference. Not to mention the judges asked Ronnie for his opinion.

I don't think Ben was genuine about the whole situation. OK, so he is super competitive and may have slipped some derogatory remarks. But if he's truly sorry about he should've initiate the conversation and apologize to Ronnie and Casey. During the discussion, he did not even seem remorseful, more like a "whatever" attitude. Hopefully, I'm wrong and this is just an isolated incidence. Ronnie, keep your eyes on the price 'cause you're improving! End the "bromance", the guy is married, FGS!

I really think Shannon should've made sure there was one girl per team. To put Holly in her team was a BIG miscalculation. After all, she should have anticipated that it would be a physical challenge.

Ben was mean but I guess he was really competitive and wanted to win but the other team of guys was too strong. I thought that they should have made them ski so it would have been hard for both teams and more fair.
