From my experience, some of these homeless programs require you to participate in religious programs in order to take advantage of the program(s) offered. Religion should not be forced onto people in order to receive help/aid. In other words, don't quote from the book and not heed it!

"The science of how to get a job" is the science of lying to yourself and people around you with a smile on your face, possibly even believing these lies. It's sad that this seems almost a necessity in staying out of the shelters/streets.
