The purpose of Yoga is to bring human into perfect health. If there is already any health issue then it must be addressed properly instead of trying trial and error method.
There are poses and Pranayam that can help high blood pressure.
My mom had high blood pressure and she cured it with the help of Yoga and more than 6 years have gone buy and she has not taken any pill for that.

Now I will do some research on this movie Street Fighter and Dhalsim.
I have a question, I am able to do this move but I dont understand what it does. It something I played with as a child but I dont understand the true benefits that I am missing out on. Could you please reply and explain? Thanks

i seriously wouldn't know how to start...it's hard to find a good yoga school in this area...nearest one is like 50km and it's pretty much expensive...tried it to do it myself but injured myself because i'm so stiff
