it was good until about 3:00 in... I think the effects sound bad and the overall sound and effect is sloppy. I suggest working on having a more coherent musical sound instead of covering it up with your pedals... thought it could be the recording quality, but I doubt it.
this isn't Stevie Ray Vaughn this is Beware of Safety if you don't think the guitar is good because it lacks "coherent musical sound" whatever that means because you analyze pieces rather than the piece itself. As far as albums go It Is Curtains is probably the best sounding musical piece you can ask for. If you choose snippets and say its this or that you aren't listening to the whole thing.
that's what I like. And then they bring it back and tie the whole thing together. A slow climb up a mountain and then a fast decline on the otherside until you level out again.
It's post rock and as far as the genre this is some of the best.
you might appreciate their later music on the album Dogs which has a sort of Psychedelic feel to it.
