This is what happened: A old lady was at the river a few minutes after the puppies were thrown. She saw 5 puppies and quickly grabbed them they were still alive the old lady saved 5 newborn puppies but 1 died there was 6 puppies in all but still thumbs up if you think it's amazing how 5 newborn puppies lived but it's still said that one died the 5 pups are still living with the old woman. So she killed 5-6 puppies, and your going to kill her? She did a crime but think about it, its not worthy of death penalty. It was sick, but what if she threw baby walruses, lizards, spiders, or kittens? You wouldnt care as much! For some reason some animals have higher respect then others. This takes place every day in Bosnia. There is a huge problem with homeless dogs, who reproduce rapidly, so people often kill dogs and puppies. I have seen way worse things there - people leaving puppies in the middle of a road, shooting dogs, poisoning them. This girl is part of a widespread problem in Bosnia, not to mention that human beings aren't treated all that well either.
