Russian navy being the worlds 2nd largest though not as big as the USN has one crucial key that differs from the rest. They're more into subs, missiles and big guns powerful enough to sink multiple ships in one blow. After ten years of sitting useless they are once again prowling the seas and now with new ships like the Steregushy corvettes, Gorshkov frigates, Graney and Borei class subs I see only improvement from here on out. 4 fleets and 1 flotilla - that is a powerful well organized navy!
