Okay, I haven't played Kingdom Hearts in years, but let me give it a go. To put everything simply, your wrong. All Organization members have an added 'x' in their name, including Xemnas. I have a few examples:

Sora + x = Roxas

Even + x = Vexen

Dilan + x = Xaldin

Even if somebody already had an 'x', there woul be another added 'x'. If you played KH: FM+, you would see that they arrange Sora's name on top of Roxas' head and add an 'x'. I hope that cleared things up for you.
