HOTJOBS is a messed up job board -- you can't mark yourself as a candidate for multiple job-types. I've written their tech support several time telling them of their HORRIBLE problem with this, and they STILL havent fixed it. It's a big problem, and the fact that they haven't fixed it just tells you that HOTJOBS SUCKS!
