Thanks so much for assembing this. Today's masses don't appreciate this kind of shattering genius, but don't worry Judy ... I'm about to publish a book that will--quite forwardly--remind them why they ought to, at least before the asteroid hits.
Sheer emotion - raw, real, and electric is what defined Judy as an artist, entertainer, and human being. There will never be another. The world was given a rare gift the day she was born. When she died I suspect we all died a little too. Thanks for posting this treasure.
Watching J*U*D*Y perform... and hearing her sing with such a passion... is the best gift a singer ever gave an audience!!! Fantasic!!! Thanks for posting this. (Thank you my great pal Mario for sharing this!!) - joe
Thank you, Michele, for this awesome documentary. Judy Garland will always be the tops to me. I never tire of listening to her and I never tire of hearing about her. As long as her fans live and love her, we'll always have a piece of her with us. Be blessed.
No other woman could ever sing Ol Man River as good as she did....and only one man...the man who sang it in Show Boat and she equalled it and then some. Wonderful....Thanks for puting this series together!
You should be blessed for this! My uncle took me to see her at Carnegie when I was eleven. I was SO amazed at how tiny she was and how big she projected herself in a performance. She makes me cry and laugh so much. I feel her when I perform her songs. I also think that she possessed Jim Bailey when he performed her.
How I envy you(in a good way) having a fab Uncle who took you to see JUDY at her absolute prime(both vocally and mentally) I think that if there were one concert that I could go back in time and see it would be April 23, 1961:JUDY at Carnegie Hall!!!
Dear Michele Bell I have spent the whole day looking at your fabulous series. It has made my day, hell! it has made my WEEK all my love and thank god for you!
It took me about 4 months to get everything together ... the clips, songs, doing the graphics on the photos. It was an odyssey that I loved going on ... for Liza, Lorna, & Joe ... & The Legacy they carry in their hearts, sharing it with the world.
Thanks for spending your time with me on a journey ...
I know she is, too. The Legacy she left her children & grandchildren ... the world ... is being rediscovered. I wish it had been better appreciated during her life. Nevertheless ... it is here now. Thanks for watching.
You're welcome. It's a shame she's still not around. Who knows what else she could of done. At least she starting to be recognized again with the new movie about her coming out next year. I really hope they use her voice and not Anne Hathaway's. It wouldn't be the same with anyone elses voice.
When I watch this final video, I feel so many things. Listening to her sing 'Old Man River ... saying out loud 'I'm scared of dieing'. I believe Judy knew that she would only have a short time here ... it's the reason she was so driven. The song is almost prophetic.
When I added the photo to 'Thru The Years', I didn't realize that she would be glancing at it several times during the song. I smiled.
unforgettable Judy!

Thanks so much for this series, I watched all 13 chapters from beginning to end. They were great!
I love Judy so much. To me she is an Angel who gave so much of herself during her short time on this earth.
Your work on YouTube is helping to make sure Judy is never forgotten, and we fans appreciate it.
