i just got a blackberry pearl

and im trying to install the desktop manager it came with

and i install it and restart my computer

den i try to go on it den it opens and closes real quick

did i do sumtin wrong?

@PapaPars you download from your carriers website example i am from new zealand which you wouldnt know its so small lol howevr i would go vodafone.co.nz go search go blackberry downloads its not easy do to setup
