Airsoft is more of a child's game where you can reenact what you do in video games and movies...paintball requires more thinking because you know your gonna get fucked if you don't think.airsoft is technically cap guns for adults and pre pubescent teens

actually no, airsoft is closer to real life than paintball, being a vet of both games, The action is paintball is typically very fast very short range and nothing looks real... I also know alot of people play painball because of the pain inflicted by being hit, If pain is your game, play russian roulette, if you want to fight while knee deep in mud while surrounded by opfor, play airsoft.

I like airsoft more cuz its more tacticle, paintball is more real when you fire a someone, but that's not the real point, I was just like everyone of you that hate other sports "paintball" is better bla bla, but there both real good now unless your talking about rookie paintball crap!

Well if you think about it both sports use completely different techniques and skills.For example paintball is all about speed and rapid fire use. Airsoft is more tactical and so if you think about it you can't really compare.

2. Fielded noobsoft (Noobsoft at an official field, using better rental guns)

3. Beginner (Little or no gear, owning a decent basic gun, not the best player)

4. Intermediate (Having basic gear, decent gun & acessories, and playing useful.)

5. Experienced (A complete loadout, better gun, plays often and great)

6. Milsim (Full combat experience, loaded with gear, usually plays excellent.)

7. Hardcore (this)
