  • Oink! Oink!

  • Quel emploi vas tu faire ?

  • love it

  • @markKENNETHlopez09 Thanks!

C marrant !

  • @Vanny22ify C'est juste un gag, c'est tout. ;-)

Si tu veux voir une version plus drôle, cherche le vidéo "Talent entry #14 (FPS) - Animation (10) - Oink (with reactions from the FPS cast)" car c'est plus drôle avec des réactions d'un public!

  • No, I'm not searching animal noises in the search bar again...

  • Bonne année a toi aussi!

  • Ouaip ! Sorry Please !

  • @Vanny22ify Merci!

  • I liked it and i was suprised by the animation, just boring

  • @oinklover2413 "Just boring"?

  • awww the end was sad!! :(

  • @Americastar90 But he got what he deserved for trying to get the other pig killed! ;-)

  • @aldiakaroofus lol true karmaaaa. this was so cute and amazing!

  • @Nemeres Hey, you're right!

  • thumbs up if you got here by tying oink in from MEOW XD

  • So sad it made me shed a tear

  • @porkerthepig Awwww.. I guess I underestimated the appeal of my characters. Sorry about that!

  • i thought it was cute at first, but then i saw the end...

  • @TheGothSeries LOL!

  • akn yo

  • why dif he die?

  • @libbykerryshooper Because he's all what the fat pig needed to break the weight record and win 1st prize. And because he's just a pig. ;-)

  • awesome animation...but....I wasn't a fan of the ending... :'(

  • @waterbabytay *giggles* Thank you! Yeah, I may have made the pig too appealing.

  • @aldiakaroofus haha maybe >.< but I really did like it. it's just a bit of a dark humor, but it was very well thought out. Impressive! :)

  • @waterbabytay Gee, thank you! :-)

  • Great movie! The 1990's were awsome.

  • @Nhinocerous1 Haha! Awesome! Thanks!

  • Cool

  • @bigBoltfan1 Thanks!

  • XD. I saw this short on the "100% Independent" video, and it was by far my favorite short in the collection, even more than the Oscar nominated film by Michael Mills. It was delightfully ironic and cruelly hilarious. Thanks for posting, and kudos to a fine job.

  • @ILoveMisty1985 Oh wow! best comment ever! Thanks so much!

  • 0:01 DAT ASS

  • @MrShazDude LOL

  • found this video two days ago... so amazing!

  • @bucketlips572 Why, thank you!

  • @aldiakaroofus no, thank you!

  • When my mother said that pigs eat anything, she wasn't kidding! XD

  • Sorry if I'm bugging you about info of the film's production, but how did you achieve the editing process?

  • What's the cartoon's intended audience? I believe you mentioned CBC rejecting the cartoon because the bit where the worried pig gets made into food, knife flying by, drops of blood, was inaproppiate for children.

  • @lastgarlicfinger I never thought of a specific audience when I made the film. The CBC was the only potential customer to reject it for those reasons. Italy also rejected it becuase they were offended by the "O Sole Mio" bit.

  • THATS WHAT U GET FOR FEEDING THAT PIG MY MOUSE

  • Its pretty funny! I love it especially the plot, quite creative !

  • @heyfs Thank you! Writing 5 drafts of the storyboard really helped!

  • WTF! lol that waz hilarious u shud of seen the look on my 4 yr old brothers when he saw that the pig waz eating everything it waz priceless!

  • @spatacky10 Best comment ever! I really wish I could have seen his expression! :D

  • I'm not spamming to you, what did you use to make the voice just curius please comment back ;)

  • Can i subscribe to you

  • @programmer4561 If you stop spamming me, sure.

  • oink!!!

  • Did you any money.Just curius???

  • @programmer4561 Do you mean "make" money? Very little. Less than 3K of royalties.

  • stupid and cruel

  • Okay....

  • How about in theatres? As in film festivals? Was it shown at any film festival? I apologize if I seem to be bugging you, I'm just curious.

  • @lastgarlicfinger It's been in the 1993 Toronto Animated Image Society contest (it won 2nd prize) and in the 1993 Canadian Student Film Festival where it won the Norman MacLaren grand prize, but that's all I can remember. Maybe it was entered in a third one but I don't remember which one.

  • Was it shown on TV in Japan?

  • @lastgarlicfinger No. Not that I know of.

  • I believe Alain Dion's cartoon short film called "Oink"

was started on Thursday, December 23, 1993.

  • @eshakunamatata Wth?

  • I think this pig was eating everything and the other pig was losing weight

    when he's feeding him.

  • Wow.

    That's one hard pig contest.

    Over 16 tons!?

  • @ThePoltergust5000 Mind you, those are 16 "cartoon" tons! ;-)

  • I loved that video, it was probaly the greatest funniest video i saw

  • @ChandlerJ13 Wow, thank you!

  • I didn't know YOU made this!!! This is great!!!

  • Haha! Yup, 'twas me. Thanks!

  • Thanks! It must be wrong, because CBC refused to show it! ;-)

  • @aldiakaroofus loved the animation, really good but i hve the say the end was kind of messed up but i guess if tat didnt happen there wldnt be any bacon ^ ^

  • If you have ever gotten an award for this, it was well deserved! Great work all around! 5 stars!

  • Thank you! :D

  • xD lol nice animation dude 5 stars

  • Cool! Thanks!

  • lol suprise ending

  • that was sad cute and funny at the same time

  • Thanks for the comment!

  • thats a lot of ham...good animation! I like your style

  • Thanks alot!

  • Thank you!

  • Well done! Unbelievable amount of work must have gone into it in the days before computer assistance! I love the part where the fat pig plugs the electric chord into his nose! LOL

  • Thanks! I liked that gag too!

Although sound was lots of work the old fashioned way (16mm magnetic film spliced onto 8 or 9 separate tracks), I did use the school's QAR to line-test my animation, so that kinda counts like computer assistance. It really helped and was much easier to use than the antique Lyon-Lamb frame-by-frame VHS they also had.

  • I think it's wonderful. ^^ I could never make something like that, and I'd certainly never be able to get myself to draw that much. Very impressive~!

  • Wow, thank you! :D

  • very funny

  • Thanks! :)

  • aw man, i thought the giant pig was gonna explode, good toon though

  • Thanks!

  • Amazing!

  • Thanks alot! :D

  • Thank you!

  • It was very Good Movie ;)

I Loved the end He Deserves it ;) ahahhaha

Eaten by the Giant pig ;)

  • Thank you! I'm glad you liked it, even the ending! :)

  • It took two school years to make. After the 1st year, I scrapped the film (500+ animated drawings unused) and started from scratch, including the story. Over the second school year, it took months of storyboarding (5 attempts) and animating 1400 drawings, 50 hours of sound editing (not including the actual recording of the sounds and voices) and a whole night shooting on 16mm film one frame at a time.

  • Thanks! It's been on TV in many countries in the 1990s as an interlude, but not in the U.S.

  • ;-)

  • i say oink when i'm happy.

  • LOL

  • sorry, but i dont like it.

  • Thank you for your deconstructive criticism.

  • the pig is a cannibal(hot dog/pig parts)LOL

  • Gosh, thank you!

  • That was brilliant!

  • Why, thank you! :D

  • Thank you very much! :)

  • Oh my god, I never realized that YOU'RE ALDI! And I've seen this video many times! That explains why it's so good :p

  • LOL!

    Thanks!

  • Yes, they're all drawings. It took months of storyboarding and animating 1400 drawings (plus the 500+ drawings unused when I scrapped the film and started from scratch), 50 hours of sound editing (not including the actual recording job) and a whole night shooting on 16mm film one frame at a time.

  • wtf?

  • Really good. The animation reminds me of Bill Plympton

  • Wow, thanks for the compliment! I wish I could draw half as well as he does! :D

  • You could say that. :-)

  • Thank you! This is the most original comment I've ever gotten for my film! :)

  • das ist total lustig erkennt man eig im vorraus das das andere schwein getötet wird....

  • Indeed, but not necessarily how he's going to get killed. ;-)

  • ääähm bitte was?? ^^

  • It's more like coax-feeding in this case. ;-)

  • Poor pig. After all that hard work, he still ended up dinner. Nice vid though!

  • Thanks! That "poor pig" is still a bastard though: he tried to get the other pig killed! ;-)

  • Wil he even Devour The WHOLE WORLD??Its Will Be Cool

  • He'll eat anything!

  • hehe very nice animation.. i can imagine how much work this was 2 make!!! hehe loved it :)

  • Thanks! It took months of storyboarding and animating 1400 drawings (plus the 500+ drawings unused), 50 hours of sound editing (not including the actual recording job) and a whole night shooting on 16mm film one frame at a time.

  • i can imagine!! i just finished an animation project really simple like 8 sec, not even 8 sec and it took two weeks to do! for 4 smth minutes that must of been crazy :) good job :)
