Some tips for you:
1. Learn the Balinese language
2. Tell them that that you married to a Balinese Princess
3. If they still annoy you, tell them to "fuck off" in local language

I have some tips to avoid those Balinese sellers:
1. Buy a whole of their stuff so they want annoy you
2. Give them all of your money in your wallet so they might be stay at home for at least 2 weeks, before you go home.
3. Act or pretend like an idiot tourist who just broke from spas.
