If it's just going to be the FT & Tower 4 with the rest being retail, then what is the sense of building anything there. This is just a disgrace. I don't understand how the city have had money to built 2 baseball stadiums but not but much effort into this project. WOW! If that's the case just build 2 freedom towers and the rest on the site with lower towers for retail. At least it will look like the old WTC. Damn shame!

very sad about the fulton st transit center, it hasnt been built yet. I used to live around there in 2005 and they were just getting ready to rip all those bldgs down , and i havnt been there in a while. what a crying shame!
