i noticed the plug you put in the nozzel dident come out before it catoed you might be puting it in there to hard don't use rubber plug's only cork, plus make your core smaller 1/4 inch or 8 mm, i am a rocket exspert i use to work on the nike hercules missle systems, if your useing iron oxide try useing less, plus on a motor of that size you should be useing sorbatol as the fuel, if i can help in any way please contact me, i want rockets to be as safe as possable for our sport to contenue, David
