here's a question for all those that have truly heard what this guy laid down here.... why is there even an option for "dislike" in the header?
i heard this song being played on my local public radio station this weekend while i was putzing around in the garage and it stopped me dead in my tracks, if this is the stuff that young singer/songwriters are coming up with.i dont want to check anytime soon cuz there is no way i want to miss ANY of it!
That just shows how great he is and what an amazing songwriter Clarence embodies . He's just there, with his voice and guitar...nothing else, no ornaments. This song just soaks the heart.
@denniskeller You're so right. The first time I saw him was back in 2004. And it's been four times since then. I'm overdue for another show. He's sooooo amazing live.
i love how the posts on his videos arn't like "omg hes hot!" or whatever. it makes me realise there are real music fans out there. this guy has soul, for sure. very underrated. missed him in vancouver last month, hope he returns soon.
j edgar hoover laughs daily in hell knowing his own created myth of monroe and kennedy - which he himself fed to FBI run tabloids - would live on forever as real.
he knew we were one dumb people and that this would enable him to get away with every crime he ever committed against this country.
@clearlykasia Yes, we did use a professional camera. We shot Citizen Cope performing Healing Hands at the River radio station on March 4th, 2010 with a Canon 5D Mark II. Citizen Cope was great that day and we can't wait to seem him in a couple of weeks at the Earth Day Concert in Boston. Citizen Cope also performed Lifeline, Salvation , Sideways that day.
@clearlykasia just telling by the depth of field on it was mostly like film on a canon 5D Mark two with, I'll go out on a limb and say a 50mm F/1.4 lens
Got to see this performance live. Haunting and unbelievable. One take. Pitch perfect performance. Can't wait to see him sing this song live at 92.5's Earth Day Concert on April 22nd at the Rose Kennedy Greenway in downtown Boston.
The first time I went and saw him in concert, I damn near cried twice, it just hit me hard. By then end of next month I will have seen him in concert 5 times.
He does that every single show, Clarence is ridiculously amazing as an artist. It really is amazing that more people haven't heard him and the band's music.
