The proffesionalism in these videos makes it so easy to follow unlike some others. thank you for the time and effort. i have had two lucid dreams now and would advise the book. "Discovering the world of lucid dreams"
i've been having very lucid dreams for the past week.. i sleep on my left side with one soft pillow under my head and one firmer pillow in my arms. also i have a very soft blanket around my legs and a bigger comforter over my body. i've noticed that a consistant sleeping positing definitely helps induce the dreams. these weren't my first lucid dreams but consitancy has elevated my lucidity.
I just really wanted to thank you so much for getting the word out on lucid dreaming! You put a ton of work into these videos and surely they will help countless people who are interseted by LDing!!! YOU ROCK!!!
yes, this guy is amazing. He explains very well and makes you want to learn. He explains so well and in such a humble way that he reminds me a lot to Carl Sagan.
Question: I have a 20 year old bed, with a 1 cm thick mattress. Not very comfortable, since i can feel every single spring.
Pillow: Assymmetrial pillow which used to be a pillow that supports the neck, but since it is over 7 years old now, and has sunk down in the middle of it, maybe its not as supportive anymore...
yep get some new stuff! esp. if you want to try the WILD tech. (video 4) as relaxing (lol) is required and if you're feeling every spring thats gonna be difficult rofl
i use an air mattress as a bed, or i sleep on my busted old couch. 2-3 times a month i have vivid lucid dreams. in my experience, what i slept on didn't make a difference. as long as you can have a dream, it's potential for a lucid one, no matter what the environment.
Question: While lucid dreaming are there constant conscious thoughts like real life, or do you simply remember that you realized you were dreaming when you wake up?
It depends on how focused you are on the dream. Sometimes your consciousness is very "dreamlike," and you feel fuzzy and easily distracted. However, if you really ground yourself in the LD, your thoughts are very much as creative, responsive, and vivid as real life!
It would be really cool if you could lucid dream with your friends, get in the same dream and fly with them and stuff.

i've never had a dream in which the sun was blazing onto my face or the wind was blowing in my face.

Good, I have a memory foam mattress as well and I was worried that it could possibly inhibit my ability to lucid dream.
