The worst part about the movie was the voices. If they had gotten better voice actors, then the film would have been perfect. Better yet, if the dolls didn't talk at all.

No voices. I liked it but I thought the actual movie had more of a story and was more.... well thought out.

This was a pretty epic short, and the movie was even better....I thought the ending was a little pointless on the short, so I'm glad some of the characters survived with 9 at the end of the movie.

i never seen 9 wich is my moms fault but it seems ike a good movie ......did tim burton rip off this guy from this short or did this guy let tim burton make it???

No. Shane Acker did the short film and then he asked Tim Burton if he could team up with him to make a feature lengh version of it.

lol, this is it, you just watched i! They trimmed like 2 seconds off the closing shot (for some reason) and removed the credits, which explains the shortened runtime. ;-)
The expanded feature length version was a letdown. It doesn't add anything, it merely spereads a nice idea/story even more thinly.
