  • How do you put the hair glued on? im tired of clip in extensiosn!

  • This was so much help, When I went to a salon they ripped it out of my head and took hair out with it... It hurt so much. she even tried using baking soda

  • @babalda99 yep.. Happend to me before, personally I conditioned all my hair then applied oil through it n combed it out.. Does take time

  • my glue is sticked on my scalp all over my head and is melted, wont come off, any idea?

  • @Babalda99 use oil sheen to take the tracks out, but use alcohol to remove it from your hair. After that wash and condition it for about 5 minutes! Trust me, this works!

  • This is a saver thank u

  • She's possibly using weave so that her hair could grow out more. There are so many reasons! She does have really pretty hair though. Great video :)

  • what is that remover called!

  • @KykyBooh she didnt use remover she used oil sheen...you can find them at any beauty supply store

  • @Sweetheartbabez O well i seen people use regular remover & i saw this & i was like woah that be workin man lol

  • @KykyBooh yea thats true! they do have glue remover but oil sheen is the cheaper way girl!! lol

  • how long do you keep your hair glue??

and do they fall when you wash them? :/

btw your hairs are amaizing :)

  • Damn yu have gud hair already but thanx 4 dis vid it helped me a lot...I hope yu have one with removing the quick weave with the stocking cap removal in ur vids :-)

  • what exactly is "oil sheen"? where do you get it? What's the brand name?

  • Can you re-use the weave ?

  • Do you re use your tracks??

  • Hey! You are so cute! Where do you live? The Midwest? West Coast? East Coast? Have you ever played tennis?

  • i Dnt Know What I Would Do Without Youtube!

  • great video, helped me ALOT....

  • You Have Some Nice Hair ! & Thanks For This Video I Think This Is A Safe , effective & Affordable Way Of Removing Glue ! = )

  • why are you wearing a weave your hair is so pretty. thanks for posting :)

  • Conditioner also works!

  • U dont need hair extensions girl ur hair is so pretty and long,,, lots of body and bounce

  • how long did you keep it in for?

  • Amazing!! Am now confident to try this. Thanks for the video. Did you have to wait to pull out the extension or you just pulle out the track as soon as you massaged the spray on it?

  • does the glue damage your hair?

  • wont the glue damage your hair

  • you got good hair.. ive only clipped my extensions in but after watching this and seeing how easy it is to removed them im trying it!!!

  • I wish I could get this glue off my hair from this invisible part but any oils really get out glue because a lot of glue removals are oils.. I used the oils that come out the tube that u put thru your scalp from Do Grow and Organics they slip right out...

  • :-( didnt work for me

  • Omg! Thank you. Glue has been in my hair for a WEEK! :p

  • oo i love how easy it is with glue but the come out it just annoying .... the glue remover works best for me but the breakage is just too much over all i love weave lol

  • What are you using? whats the name of the spray?

  • you know your hair is gorgeous when it still looks like you have weave in your hair after you take it out :-)

  • Thanks this really helped !!:)

  • @taren916 hey girl! i'm thinking of gluing in my hair, but i have a few questions!

1: how long does it last?

2:do you wash your hair w/ them in?

3: my hair is shoulder length, is 10in too long for mee?

  • what kind of weave/extension was that? was that tape hair?

  • wht race are u?

  • ..and why exactly did you need a glue in anyway lol? girl your hair is fab!

  • does the oil spray make ur hair ioly afterwards??

  • Why are you wearing weave your HAIR is sooooo priddy!

  • Does oil sheen work on any type of hair?

  • Wanted to say hello! Anyone that loves hair like me needs to stick together!

  • whats that spray called ?

  • You are so cute.

  • would you be able to use the extensions over again?

if so, how would you remove the glue from the tracks you've previously taken out?

  • OMG you have long gorgeous hair. idk why you even need extra hair!!!! or unless you want your hair to be thicker

  • @youngersis14 yes you can use oil sheen depending on your texture. If you're hair is fine I would suggest not using the product. it will weigh your hair down. You can buy at your local Sally's or beauty supply store

  • does the oil sheen work for a white girls hair too? lol, I can never find anything that will work to take my glue in extensions out.

  • @ilovehairandmakeup2 Hi, I'm not Taren or white but I do think that white girls can use the sheen to take the glue out as long as the make sure to shampoo their hair well afterwards.

  • how long do u keep the hair in and do u wash ur hair while the tracks r in?

  • I actually think that your own hair looks better without extensions.

You should just put some big spiral curls into it, and it would look amazing.

I have straight hair, do you think that I could glue in extensions? Would they stay tight? How long they last?(or trough how many washes do they stay in? Are they harmful to my own hair?

    Thanks for the video!

  • My question is- Do you wash your hair and style it and how long do the weave last when its glued in?

  • I've been SO afraid to glue in my weaves but I'm glad I saw this vid cuz u show the proper way to take them out. Ty 4 sharing

  • Lol Now I See The Good Way Of Removing The Weave.Me I Would Just Wait Until One Track Started Slipping And I Would Slowly But Surely Rip Them Out :( Glad I Watched This

  • @taren916 I didnt use the oil sheen because I didn't have any but used the 30 second bond remover and shampoo I'm trying to wash it out and my hair is so sticky and disgusting please help :(

  • What spray are you using?!

  • what are you sprayinqqq.?

  • Please can you tell me how long you keep you hair with the glue on?!! Thanks :) x

  • oook lol wen i seen the video wen u put the weave in i thought ur reall hair was the weave because its so long thick and shiney ( like mine <3] lol but iluv ur hair ...and are u mixed..?

  • are you mixed????

  • Do you use Bond remover because that is what i use too also with oil sheen

  • U dont need extension your hair is long enough lol :)

  • youre not scared of heat damage when you get your hair straightened?

  • You made this look sooo easy! Great vid!

  • I love your video.Thank you for sharing.Ms Beautiful :-)

  • Good method for taking out the glue. Have you ever thought about trying home made clip ins? It might be easier..and then you wouldnt have to worry about combing the glue out lol..by the way I LOVE YOU VIDEOS!

  • Taren, when you glue it in do you glue right on teh scalp or the hair I have very fine hair same length and texture as yours but very fine I usually use clip ins for fear of the glue but this looks like its not harming your hair at all. thanks

  • im sure the glue nay-sayers feel pretty stupid right about now; that hair and that glue came out effortlessly like she said it would.. you just gotta know how to do it right.

  • Good idea - I see individuals with scalp and hair damage due to the glue. I wonder if beauticians use this idea as well?

  • Do you lose any hair when taking out the glue?

  • do u wash it with conditioner afterwards to make sure your hair still isnt tacky from the glue??

  • I can't believe how easily the glue comes out after spraying it with oil sheen. I always thought you needed the remover to get that stuff out. Wow now I'm gonna try glue for sure. It looks way more natural!

  • You don't need the extra hair. Your hair is beautiful already : )

  • girl i love all your videos. your hair is really long, are mixed?

  • I had no idea that was weave. I looked so natural.

  • Ur own hair is really nice

  • did u really use WD40 ...I didn't actually see the name on the bottle...

  • I think the texture of your hair determines how easy the tracks and glue come out.

  • @emesha06 I totally agree with you.Her hair texture plys a major role in the removing process

That the reason why everybody has to do what works for them

  • **in my hood voice** Girl! Ain't nothin' like some good ole oil sheen and a rattail comb to get some tracks out!

Easiest way I've found so far. I don't understand that whole glue remover business...just makes a mess to me.

  • @keish1 Makes a huge mess and eats out your hair. I went natural over a year ago, and I've been reluctant to do quick weaves (w/glue) again because of the damage I caused to my hair before. I may try it again - but, my hair is fine, type 4b, and coily curls - may not work for me like it does for you ... oh, pooh! Well, you did a beautiful job.

  • how long do you keep the tracks in your hair?

  • You did this so effortlessly! When I put in extensions, I used glue remover and tons of conditioner following Shira's method and it was good but took me a minute girl and I had lots of glue in my hair....I am thinking of putting in some curly extensions because my hair is at bsl right now when blow dried straight but when it is curly it is so much shorter and I always wanted to see what look like with bsl curls....

  • Your hair blended so well with the tracks!

  • They have a solution you can put on your hair, before you put the weave in,so the weave can slide out with water. I tried this product, and it worked. Don't ask me the name of it,because my hair dresser put it in. They have some videos about the product on youtube.

  • You hair and ends look better without the weave to me.

  • your hair is awesome! very thick!!

  • Holyyy...how do you get your hair so straight? lol

  • Hey let me share this with u one day I got this gule weave in my hair it was tight it hurt my head and i didnt like it so the very next day i took it out using, now check this out it will blow ur mind. WD40 yes i said it WD40. those tracks slide out of my hair with ease , leaving no glue behind.Iwashed my hair afterwards it was shinny and soft.LOL...... no joke

  • @shearer1405 I've gotta ask, how'd you get the idea to use WD40?

  • You look so cute in the end *shrugs* lol

  • @QyanaLouis Oh! Thank you! :]

  • omg I hope my hair grows back to be thick like yours. It used to be before I started getting relaxers. I am so scared to use glue though. I've already had one disaster with weave

  • i use the same method. works very well. though i have to use a lot more oil sheen lol

  • Wow, that WAS amazingly easy. :o)

  • I envy the fact your able to get a fine toothed comb through your hair lol.

  • I love the fact that even YOU have that comb with that broken end! LOL what is up with that, and why do those combs break like that on the end. I swear, as soon, as I get them out of the pack, the ends break! And I am not even using it when this happens.....smh..someone needs to make a better rattail....with unbreakable end teeth. LOL :0)

  • @kgagx3 LOL!!!! You're right!

  • @taren916 how much hair comes out when u do this because i shaved half my head and ive been wanting to try this on the other half but i dont want to lose alot of hair

  • @kgagx3 I have a bone rattail I purchased on ebay. more expensive but no broken teeth yet and I have had it for about 1 year.

  • @kgagx3 LOL I HAVE 3 NOW THAT ARE BROKEN AND WERE PURCHASED WITHIN 2 WEEKS LOL.... I NEED MY POINTED TIP! LOL

  • This is probably a silly question, but what is Areyaa?

    Taren is your name, right?

  • wat kind of oil sheen is that your using? b/c i feel that it looked so easy when you did it but when I did it i had such a hard time, maybe the oil sheen makes a difference

  • Hey Lady,Welcome Back!!

  • Excellent video. You weren't kidding about the simplicity and ease of removing the tracks using your method. Will have to let others know!

  • i'm going to have to try this. my tracks usually just "slip out" because i put oil on my scalp and i use conditioner and a small tooth comb for my take down. i love glue in though! so easy to remove and you don't lose hardly any hair at least i never do. :)

  • That was quick and pain-less, I definitely see why you opt to glue yours in rather than any of the other methods. How long do you normally keep your weave in for?

  • which is better for a weave?

    glue or sewing (thread)?

  • You don't need extensions at all your hair is beautiful.

  • Ooooh!! I remember doing that. Looks like it came out pretty easy for ya. I took some weave out of my sister-in-laws hair just like that. The nightmare came because her scalp is naturally oily. Some strange reason the glue became extremely sticky to her scalp. I had to wash her hair about 4 times LOL.. In the end I found pieces of glue on my clothes LOL.. Oh well.. Great vid. Thanks Lady!!

  • Love it...I tell people all the time glue does not harm my hair. My hair is super thick.

  • makes me want to go straight and wear a weave... I love it....

  • i'm gonna try this on my friend, hope i dont ieff up her herr! Thank you for the vid!!

  • OK! You have beautiful and healthy hair. You do not need weave. Your hair has inspired me to reach my own hair goals.

  • @MissToni82 Thanks :-) I do it for a more glam and full look.. also to add a little length.. No biggie ..Lol

  • @taren916 thank you!

  • i would like to have this girl for morning, noon, and night loving.

  • hey taren, did you ever need to re-straighten ur hair with ur extentions in?

  • I'm so glad you did this... I put tracks in my hair just to see and I keep hearing from ppl how horrible it is to get them out.

  • And why people was complaining again? that looked effortless and your hair looks unharmed. Let me guess weave in already long hair is for volume right? Sorry I'm new to weaves. Never worn one in my life.

  • I dont know if you would mind doing a tutorial but I wanted to add some tracks for highlights bc I dont want to damage my hair. Since its not for length I am unsure about placemt. I just want some to show in the very back and the front in my bangs... I guess just trial and error. This would be my first time doing tracks period so Im excited! I got blonde for streaks color 27 and my natural hair is black well similar to a 2 in weave proabably...any suggestions...

  • HI Taren, i tried it n took out mine just last weekend n i still have some glue in my hair as i type this, lol but not alot of my hair came out considering i didnt detangle my hair for a while n i used the hair spray n it just slip off like u said it would THANX 4 all the info but i wont b trying dis EVA AGAIN i was so scared cuz i shampoo 20 times it didnt come out even tho it doesn't come out wit hair but its really hard 4 it to come out might b cuz im trasitioning, but still hopefully it wil

  • @meyoualike3111 Another person recommended Olive Oil. You should give it a try

  • how long did you leave in your weave in your hair?

  • YAYYYYYY! FINALY, a hair video! I'm soooooo Happy!

  • Thanks for sharing. Great to see you back on here.

  • @MissToni82 yes i understand, I never understood why people with thick or long hair wore weaves or wigs either until youtube lol..I'm not sure if i ever would but I understand why some do...hey as long as it looks almost realistic and you take excellent care of your own hair then i'll all for it...

best wishes on your hair journey

  • Clip ins for me...Glue to me is just a hassle but it was very pretty in your last vid. :-)

  • wow..this was so quick and easy, they just slid right out..no harm done..your hair is beautiful and healthy..

  • Amazing!!!! It cmae out easily and I saw no breakage....not sure why so may people freaked out in your first video!!!!! your hair is beautiful!!!!

  • @MissToni82 : I never wore weaves or anything of that sort but because of youtube I look at weaves & wigs so differently now. some women whether long or short hair use it to add volume/fullness to their hair because they prefer big hair vs long/short thin hair, others use it to give their hair a break from all the manipulation like heat, relaxers combing etc etc some do it just for a different look, hair is like an accessory so have have fun with it just as long as you practice proper hair care

  • Interesting Good

  • I totally missed you putting in the quick weave. * checking now*

  • i wish i learned this in the fifth grade instead of pullin the glue out. smh

  • taren are you doing any protective styling for the winter months?

  • Question: Do you reuse your hair and if so, do you have a way of removing the glue buildup on the actual weft? Somehow I have a problem putting glue on top of glue lol

  • @MrsCurri No I don't reuse the hair that I glue in... That's the down side.. Each time I have to buy or use new hair.. Since I only use a half pack.. I buy a whole pack so that I'm good for at least two uses..

  • it's looks so easy to remove!

  • easy breezy!

  • hi taren i just wanted to know does your hair breaks or shed at alot. thanks for the videos

  • hehe it definately has alot to do with your hair texture some peoples wont slip like that lol but i feel they can use the same method but modify it a bit

  • the only reason i can think of as to why u would glue tracks to that beautiful head of hair of urs is for volume/body? cause honestly honey, u dont need it!

  • wow that came out really easy. thanks for the video

  • I normally use hair condition i Iet it sit in my hair for like 3 mins and the hair and the glue slips right out but I'm going to try this too.....Thanks so much

  • That's the same way I take mine out, with oil sheen at the bonding point. They always slip right out after about 90 seconds. The bonding glue remover doesn't even work as well as the oils sheen does!

  • wow that was really quick :)

  • that glue took all my hair out lol..

  • Ummmm, Taren, OMG I just never even knew you wore a weave.... I am just so off.... but you make the removal seem so easy!

  • Thanks, I am gonna try adding a few tracks in the back. I did not want the seriousness of a sew-in.

keep up the good job, LOVE your channel

  • Your hair is enviously thick, even straight!! Welcome back!

  • @MlleCafeAuLait LOL.. Thanks :-)

  • I'm too scared to try this lol

  • Girl, they came RIGHT OUT! I prefer glue too, however my hair is much coarser and I've never been able to just comb thru the residue that easily. Maybe the oil sheen is the trick.

  • @mommyanme try olive oil ,evoo !! it's good for your hair & it'll remove everything in 123 i use it too remove my lF & FL wigs it works like a charm trust me try it :-)

  • @Dismamisupadupaphly Thanks for the tip! If I ever put in tracks again, I will definitely try.

  • Hey Taren! I just love your videos. I spent all day yesterday watching all of them. Lol. I just love your personality and you ur spirit. You're so down to earth. Anyway, keep making the awesome videos. Love Ya! :)
