The generators for the bridge weren't working, so some 1 had to sacrifice himslef to turn on the generator (there was 3 of them and 1 of them was not working), you can sacrifice any 1, but the story is that bill sacrificed himslef to turn on the generator and he was probaly killed by a tank... play the sacrifice and u will see
